Any idea why American Indian and Alaskan women are so crazy high compared to the rest?

Just my two cents, but the living conditions (along with all the testimonials about Alaska) are very poor. They are over ridden with low life alcoholics and drug users. Well, when things are just that **** people don't care about anything and say frack it, and break the law. And when someone is drunk or high, they might not regard other people's rights or laws seriously and not know when to just stop. Again, that could just be my speculation.

Also, on topic, my sister was raped. She spiraled into drug use and breaking the law (went to juvie a few times), and got expelled from multiple schools. It was pretty hellish. But with proper therapy and rehabilitation, she's became a good person, student, sister and daughter.
