im looking for a cheap and good phone and the panache seemed like a good deal, just needed some input from you ppl here at gamespot.

This, I'm not sure if you're referring to a contract or unlocked. I have an unlocked Nexus, buying phones unlocked is the best decision you can make when it comes to phones. If you can afford it, of course. $350 for a Galaxy is not bad at all.
