the kid was playing w/ matches when the fire got out of control. When it did he contacted somebody and they called 911. That's what we call an accident, not arson. The kid should be punished as much as any other kid who gets caught playing w/ matches.

There was a kid near where i live that threw a f*****g cinder block off of an overpass when he was like 15 and he killed some lady. He got like twenty years or something, cuz they didn't call it murder. Lets face it, law is stupid.marnett2005

I hope for his sake he didn't realize the consequences of his actions beforehand. I hope it was unforseen. I don't think you can punish him. Only hope he regrets what he has done.

all felonies should be mandatory insta-execution imo. rehabilitating is time consuming and a waste of $, if you have weeds in your lawn you dont try to make them into pretty flower-weeds, u rip em out and throw em away. problem solved
o and execution as in line them up and shoot them in the back of the head, 1 .22 bullet each. throw the bodies away. lethal injection is such a waste of time and the tax payers dollar.
No one remembers the California wild fires from 5 years ago? It was started by a little girl burning a letter from her dad that recently divorced her mom. It said that her dad never loved her... The little girl was 10 I think. She was burning the letter with A LOT of charcoal and matches. She was in the woods with her mom because they were camping. It destroyed a lot of homes, but not as much as this.
