I don't know if going to live in the dorms counts as moving out but I did that right after high school when I was 18. Then I moved back when I was 20 because I didn't have enough money to stay there. Then I worked for 2 years to save up more money to go back. Now, I'm back in school and living at home. I'll be 23 in two weeks. Life sucks :cry:
I'm 18 in College Dorms. I'm going back for winter Break, but I'm not sure whats going on for the summer. A few friends were thinking about getting an apartment up here (So we could take summer classes), but I have no problem going back to my parents house in between college semesters...
Let's see....I'm commuted to my college for freshman year, lived on campus for 3 more...then lived at home for another year after that...then I moved out permanently...so about 22 or so.
After highschool the first 2 years I commuted to college and then left the state completely when I was 20 to finish the rest of my schooling which I did now I live back in the state but in a different city about 4 hours away from home.
I was 18 when I moved, Moved in with my girlfriend at the time (so requiret I bolted into another country)
I later moved back to Good ol denmark, into the city my folks live in, and I originate from. Kinda nice to be able to see the old ones from time to time :P But I wouldnt every move back, never would. Not that I dislikedliving home. But it justfelt right heading out into the big world ^^
In the end it is betterto move out once you feel you are ready, then move out before, fail, and move back in, I can imagine that has to be quite bitter.
I think I was 22 or 23 when I moved out and started renting with my GF(now wife) it was shortly after I got my degree and got my first real job as an administrator for a secoundary school.
