for people who do not live in a society where English is the dominant language, how often do you actually speak it? I used it like maybe once a week.

Every single day. I rarely speak Arabic these days since it's not my native language and I don't know many people I'd need to speak Arabic with.

In parts of central and south america people are taught english (sometimes german instead) in grade school. The older generation don't know english but some of my cousins my age know english. not fluently, and neither do they use it much. when i visited my country at least, i didn't hear any english at all. I'm sure more developed countries like mexico have areas where english is dominate now

Every time my mouth opens English comes out.. well mostly. Sometimes it could be described as gibberish depending on how awake I am.

All the time, I'm not fluent in Tagalog, plus my parents know english well enough that I don't need to speak it. Also, being Canadian, I want to learn french.

All the time.  Although going to an English language university in a foreign country definitely messes up my results.  Outside of school.....well I don't talk that much to people other than professors or classmates, but when I do it's usually Spanish.
