I usually try to exercise about 5 days a week at least. Weight training and doing some cardio. I was really sedentary and lazy when I was a teenager but since I was about 20 or so I try to exercise a bit. How often do you guys exercise and what do you do ?

Weight training only. 4-7 times/week. Could be 30-90min sessions.

I'd say in an average week I'm getting 5hrs in.

I'm 70kg, can benchpress 90kg, not the strongest person alive by any stretch but I do OK.

If I feel like extra cardio I'll just go for a long walk.

Been doing a 5x5 thingy, 3 days a week, about 40 minutes each.

Cardio in the morning, weights at night. I lost 136 pounds so now I'm a bit flabby. I've been pumping up my excersises so I get a bit tougher.

Usually 5-7 times a week. Some days I'm lazy and don't care.

I don't exercise at all, unless you count walking since I walk 50 min to class and back 4 days a week.

Six days a week.

Mon/Wed/Fri it's twenty minutes of alternation on a stationary bike along with squats, lunges, calf raises, dips, situps andpushups for three sets of 25, each set is a different variation (grip/stance/distance/speed etc.)

Tues/Thurs/Sat is chinups and maybe pullups if my elbow is feeling up to it, kickboxing on tues/thurs and a hike on saturday rain or shine.

I'm in a lot better shape than I was a year ago, though since it's a bodyweight program I have to work on harder variations of those exercises to keep it from getting too easy and I don't want to do tons of repetitions either since that gets boring. Currently working on doing a one arm chinup by this summer and tougher forms of squats and pushups.

Just got back from a long walk. Wish it wasn't so damn hot today though. Usually walk or hike 3-4 days a week.

Before last week, didn't exercise much, if at all. Since Monday, exercised for about an hour at a local gym. M/W/F 35-40 minutes treadmill, then 30 minutes weights. T/Th/Sat, 60 minutes treadmill.

I'd do cardio after the weights. :3

Lol...

I try to hit the gym 3 times a week depending on how busy I am at work but any day I don't, I at least make sure I do other exercise at home.

Thanks:D I used to weigh 303 pounds, now I'm down to 174. It's pretty frustrating though, because I barely have time to excersise and I'm super lazy. But I'll slowly get my body up to shape, because it is a bit flabby due to losing so much weight.

I try go as much as possible, but I probably average 4 times a week. This week I didn't go Tuesday because I had a report due Wednesday morning, and I didn't go today because I was busy and had to run some errands, and didn't get done until 4:10 and my gym closes at 5 so no enough time for me to do anything.

Well before break about three to four times a week. I just recently got back into the habit of that after a month layoff. Did some variations of curls the other day and my inner elbows are killing. Can't even straighten my arms. >_>

Light weightlifting, various bodyweight exercise, ab work and cardio, all 6 days.

Most people can't even bench press their body weight.

I'd say you do more than ok.

Define "Bench press" as in multple reps and sets, or 1 rep?

Flat barbell bench

eg (Weight(kg)xreps)

90x5

80x12

I usually do 3-4 to failure, due to the fatigueing nature of successive bouts of exercise those numbers would be my 'good' sets.

That's just what I do because you've asked for the info FightingFan in no way am I requesting anyone's validation. I do what I do as I feel it's efficient with the time I have available to me. The 2012 me doesn't have the time (or motivation) to train the 2008 me had. So I bet there would be quite a few out there training harder and with better results than I - I applaud them.

I try to do 45 mins of cardio (30 on elliptical, 15 on tread) 3-4 times a week. I don't bodybuild as I'm disabled on my left side and it hurts, not to mention all my muscles have atrophied so I'd be a bit lopsided if I did. I do cardio to keep the weight off, my clothes loose, and so I can get my HR up and not feel like I'm dying while doing yardwork or something strenuous like a hike or whatever.
