Once a day at most. I have skipped a day here and there and just did a sink and wash cloth bath lol.

Experts say you should shower two out of three days. To frequent showering has actually been found to be bad for the skin. It damages the layer of skin meant to protect us. With that being said, I usually shower 5 times a week. I skip running on Wed. and Sundays so I don't shower on those days. If I get very sweaty at work or dirty in some way however I will break my habit and shower.

I dont see a point in showering again in the morning when I just showered right before i went to bed. Wasted of water.

Only time i shower twice if i was doing some sweaty dirty work and i smell and have shit all over me then I have to shower to continue the rest of my day till night time comes and I take me regularly scheduled shower before i go to bed.

Well you sweat in your sleep too, plus your body has crevices (armpits etc) that build bacteria. Morning shower is the most ideal. Which is what I do, showering only in the night just makes me feel dirty when I wake up in the morning and not shower. I'll do twice sometimes occasionally.

non of that justifies a shower in the morning. I dont be having wet dreams, so im not sweating in my sleep with the A/C at 64 degrees. Whatever bacteria my body would build up in my sleep is minuscule for you to have to shower again, and I apply deodorant again when i wake up.

Morning shower is not most ideal. A simple washing of the face in the sink is good enough to face the day.
