I have pretty crappy posture to be honest. My shoulders and head droop too much thanks to my constant looking down/slouching around. I've been trying to stop it, since it's starting to strain my back, but it's hard to always consciously think about it. :(

How about you, OT?

It's pretty great. Sometimes, walking down the street, people will stop dead on their tracks, look at me,and burst into spontaneous laughter-simply to express the, unimaginable, joy my posture has brought into their lives,of course!

I tend to force myself to keep a straight posture, particularly when I'm walking. When I'm sitting I tend to slouch or lie downthough, but I think my posture is pretty good regardless.

Well some of us have small bewbs and no amount of arching does **** all for them

Alright. Arching the back and holding your head high makes the butt pop. See, there's always good incentive for having a good posture.

I wish I could fix my posture as well but I fail to remind myself most of the time. I also feel fail at keeping my balance when walking with a straightened back.

I have a cushion to help me sit up straight. So I'm good. 8)

And I always stand up straight, too.

super_mario_128

This. Straight posture gives you a much better figure and an air of confidence. So I tend to think of that and immediately fix my posture. When I'm relaxing though, I just try and get comfortable.

This. When I'm sitting, the only thing I'm worrying about is getting comfortable.

When I sit, I look like Al Pacino in Scarface minus the cigar. When I walk, I look like I look down on everyone else's lifestyle. This occasionally causes people to spontaneously bow down in front of me.

"Its great" he said, leaning over the desk curling his arms towards the keyboard like a hunchback
