Hi everyone. As the question states,How do you like your vegetables? Boiled? Fried? Steamed?
A good part of the time I boil vegetables,if not that I do like to pan fry them.
Thank you for your replies.

Depends, but for the most part I like roasted. That can take too long and with the summer as hot as it is I'm trying to leave the oven off lol.
I'm perfectly content with a quick boil in heavily salted water.
Raw is also good, or a quick blanch then dunk in ice water (almost raw, but takes the green plant taste away).
@kadin_kai: You say it's uncommon to have a Veggie diet in the West? If you don't mind me asking, where are you from?
What is in you're salad also? It looks interesting?
When I have cooked vegetables, I usually just have mine cooked on the stove.
I also like spinach, cucumbers, and baby carrots for cold vegetables.

No, I mean the type of vegetables I eat are uncommon in the west, not vegetarianism is uncommon in the west.
I think vegetarianism is more common in the west than Asia, but in general people eat more vegetables in Asia.
For example, I eat vegetables like Water Spinach, Pak Choi, Bitter Melon, Winter Melon, Pea Sprouts, bamboo (esp sour bamboo),White/green radish.... many others I simply do not know of the western name.
In comparison to the UK where I spent my first 35 years, the amount of vegetables in China and across Asia is incomparable.
The salad above, it’s bitter melon and the topping is made from raw garlic, raw ginger, fried black beans, a couple of chilies, a bit of sugar, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, ground Szechuan peppers and soya sauce.
