How do you like to celebrate?

After completing a task, or earning something like a promotion, it's always nice to celebrate.

So OT, I'm curious, how do you like to celebrate? Do you go out with friends? Do you drink? Or do you just buy something from yourself?

Pizza.

Go out with friends, get hammered, regret it the next day.

I order a pizza or go get sushi, I'm not much for alcohol as a form of celebration.

3 back flips, a slide and finally clapping.

Either go out to eat, or buy something I'll make myself, like a steak -- with something good to drink.

Take a day off work for one, and then hit up a nice breakfast place like Denny's. Then hit up a movie theater, for the most recent great film. Then afterwards hit up a Friday's or Olive Garden. Then go do some shopping for more snack time at home, pizza, popcorn, ice cream, and a home movie to end the day. After the day is over, its a nice cold beer, or margarita. Oh wait, thats just how i normally spend a day off, lol .. Celebrate you say ? I guess about the same.

I'm gonna go with my standard answer of "cocaine and hookers".

Go out and drink with my friends.

That combo never quite worked for me. One or the other.

that sucks. weed has always greatly enhanced sex for me.

Oh it does. It's just...hitting that finish line.

Ah. I used to have that with weed. Now, it helps with control, and is actually a boon.

Go out with friends and/or family for some good food and a drink or two.

I'll usually reward myself with a game or something that I've been holding off on for awhile. I'll go out for dinner with family, if it's big enough.

I write love letters to porn stars then cry myself to sleep.

I usually buy a game or a pizza if I do celebrate stuff, which I don't normally. Mainly because errday is goddamn partay, except for my "adult" hours where I have to work.

Weed and alcohol. I like to get hammered once in a awhile.

With family, I go out to eat some place.

pizza and beer is also good. im also partial to biscuit cake....or cheese cake......or both. with pizza and beer. hold on i need to go achieve something. i lost some weight...does that count? :P

Depends. I like celebrating with a glass bottle of root beer or birch beer from time to time. Or an ice cream float from time to time.

For my school graduations and other events. There's either been just a gathering of family and friends. Or I just go out to eat with the family. Then go home and chill.

I don't drink, smoke, or use drugs. And I don't feel the need to party or go to a club. I've been to clubs before. But many clubs try too hard to live up to the hype of being in a club. That they fail miserably. Such as playing music so loud, you can't hear the people you came to have a good time speak. So for that, I'm better off just being at a private residence or at home. Where I can actually do a lot of catching up and general socializing.

Usually I go out somewhere nice with my girlfriend. Sometimes I'll get a victory drink.

there's nothing to celebrate in my life

Treat myself well, maybe both buy myself dinner and buy something for myself.

But I don't drink much anymore, it serves no purpose other than damaging the liver and other areas. I function fine without it. Never had a problem with addiction to alcohol.

No. But I celebrate extra money by spending it on something for myself.

It depends? It mostly depends on how hype I am over it. I'm a pretty laid back person regularly so usually it's no more than maybe buying myself something or doing *stuff* with my girlfriend or smoking weed (or all three). Sometimes though if I'm really excited over it I'll call up friends/bae and we'll go downtown together for some shenanigans, on top of the three things I mentioned before.

When we all lived near each other my friends and I used to celebrate everything by smoking weed all day. Fun times.

Definitely involve alcohol at some point.
