How come it seems like we never want to talk about Canadian politics here.

Everyone always has something to say about Mexico/America and Europe. You Canadians must have something going on.

I made that mistake trying not to sound like a idiot by not including Mexico, but look how that turned out. I wasn't really thinking.

I wrote a grade school paper on the Canadian hardwood industry. I kid you not. It was actually kinda neat; I sent a letter to this timber company asking for information, and they actually sent me back a bunch of pamphlets on hardwood. No jokes please.

I love Craig Lauzon's impersonations of him on Royal Canadian Air Farce...:P Not as good as Roger Abbott impersonating Jean Chrétien though... No one can beat that...

Am I the only person who thinks Question Period/House of Commons is really passive aggressive? I always laugh when someone is trying to insult or argue with an opposing MP but start the sentence with "Mr.Speaker...".

Why are there no canadian politics discussions. Well Canadian politics don't effect the entire world. American politics do. What happens in America will ultimatly effect the states of other countries. and UK is occassionally talked about because there is Gamespot UK forums, and Mexico, well I hardly see any of those and I don't even know why we have those.

Canada is much less corrupt, and not an attention whore. Our biggest problems is our members of parliament taking a little too luxurious trips and wasting our tax money.

I don't think they should be making a profit off of the exploitation of earth's natural resources.

I think the Governor General and her wasting our tax dollars is like doing day-to-day errands in an 18-wheeler. Completely unnecessary.

Canadian politics is boring as hell. We have like month-long elections and then entire years go by with no notable elections. :P

Much less exciting than American politics where it seems like upwards of 50% of every politicians' time is spent attempting to get re-elected.

Our Prime minister is too much of a wuss, he needs to stand up for the Canadian detainees in Guantanamo
