Hollywood has a lot to learn. Luckily Bollywood has shown the way

From ultra realism

To slick moves

Notice that the chair is both behind and infront of him. That's some next level Schrödinger's thinking.

To some really excellent shoe work

Imo Hollywood has a lot to learn. What do you think?

I just watch them for the insanely hot woman.

Everyone looks like they bred with super genes.

Barring the old people.

I love Bollywood movies, they have a certain wholesome charm that is missing from most of our movies today, sure they are often on the cheesy side but they are almost always a good time. Plus, those dance scenes are legit.

That's true, they are largely completely devoid of cynicism,

At least the ones shown.

This is quite literally the best clip I have ever seen, what movie is this from because I need to watch it immediately.

Yeah I love how when I exert downward force on things, it forces them to go up.

*that guy seriously looks like Indian Gerard Butler, btw.

When I was in high school there were a few Indian girls and to this day I still maintain that one of them was one of the must stunning, beautiful, and attractive people I have ever known. She was actually half-Indian, half-Persian. I think she did some modelling at one point because when you're that hot, I mean why not?

Yeah I have not seen many, but I have to agree with you here.

I think if I was a kid, I'd be enjoying the hell out of them. If I was a parent, I don't think I'd mind if these were the action films my kids watched.

Nigerian movies are usually called "Nollywood".

Also, a shout-out to Ghana, which did an entertaining adaptation of Devil May Cry:

And a shout-out to Turkey, which created one of the most entertaining death scenes of all time:

Yeah, 3 Idiots is a legit great movie. It's on IMDb's list of top 100 movies of all time, and China also voted it one of their top 20 favourite movies of all time. Steven Spielberg also said 3 Idiots as one of his favourite movies of recent times. And there's a scene in the anime show Gamers which pays homage to 3 Idiots.
