Have you started buying any early Xmas presents yet?!

Yesterday I bought one of my friends a university teddy bear with a mortarboard!

I haven't but my mum has. I know pretty much everything I'm getting now.

A new Laptop.

I'm considering getting a Border's gift card or some gift card from a book store, and a Dick's Sporting Good gift card for my dad.

And/or a gift card to Olive garden or some resteraunt.

But I'll worry about this once it gets closer to Christmas time.

Nope. I don't buy presents. For one, I'm not Christian. For another, as my family is low middle class, we buy things as we need and don't wait to get things for on an arbitrary day. Last year was the first year I've gotten my parents gifts for several years. I got my father an RC Mustang and my mother some stuffed animals, and they haven't touched the things I've bought them since the day the opened the paper. If I had some money, I might consider getting them something as they might get me a couple of books, but I haven't asked them for anything since I was in middle school. Money is too tight. Besides, they're already giving me the gift of meals, heat, water and electricity for the time being.

Well, I don't care about anyone else, I just don't want Todd Carney. As if we don't have enough off-field dramas as it is.

-I'm getting my mom a book she wanted, and painting her stupid yard ornaments like she wants -My sister I'm buying her just a bunch of her dumb tweeny gossip magazines -I'm probably getting my dad some sort of tools. Or I'll get his favourite saying done onto a shirt: "But your brain in gear before your mouth in motion". -Boyfriend.. I won't post it, cause he posts on here, and I'm trying to learn to keep presents secret from him. -His parents, I'm likely buying them a bunch of misc housewares stuff. A knife set, can opener, set of strainers(colanders), potholders, etc. Those sort of things go missing around his house. Then on top of that, I will likely make baked goods for everybody. I was thinking sugar cookies decorated to look like each person, lol.
