Has anyone ever felt this way interacting with women?

It seems like I'm so much better interacting with women older than I am, rather than ones my age. Yesterday I casually struck up a conversation with this woman at the library as I noticed she was reading a book from a series I'm fond of. It was just bam, I did it with no nervousness or anything. I'm capable of talking to girls my age but I'm slightly more insecure about that. The entire time I was talking with her though it just felt like the conversation was so much more smooth than I've ever had with girs in my age group. We spent a long time talking, I learned alot about her and her about me. She even said I was really handsome at one point (Gonna make my ego big lol!) and that she had a nice time talking with me. She was nicer and more approachable than any girl my age I've ever met. She was attractive too, very pretty.

She's 31 though, and I'm 19. I'm merely a kid to her still most likely... but it just so much easier to interact with her. Have you ever felt like that OT? like you just do so much easier with people older than you

Youre a sophisticated mature gentlemen looking for a similarly mature female, 31 is still an acceptable breeding age.

I can talk to anyone regarding anything I like regardless of sex, yes it is easier to talk to women who share things in common with me.

If a girl can explain to me FADCing in Street Fighter and armor canceling I must marry her :P

I understand. I also get nervous around girls that are near my age. I tend to hit it off with women who are, more often than not, old enough to be my mom. Not just on a romantic level, but on a social one. I'm not interested in things like parties, concerts, drinking alchohol, doing drugs and pre-marital sex. It's hard for me to meet a girl [around my age] who isn't into one or more of those things, so when I tell them that I'm not into it, I come across as a prude. We just talk past each other. :P

There's a kid in my class who talks a lot with teachers because the girls are wary of him and his... occassional movements. I myself prefer talking to girls my age than girls who are much younger or older than me.

Older ones are more desperate, and you subconciously recognize this, which is why you are able to approach them with greater confidence.

Well the girl I'm currently dating is 5 years older than me and we get along great. I've dated girls younger than me and it never worked out.

31 is still an acceptable breeding age.

... well I'm not really attracted to most 31 year olds so I find myself less nervous generally with someone who I am attracted too (ie someone my age). Suffice to say I don't really have a problem talking to hot girls but I can get a tad more nervous.
