Today at Track Pratice i was praticing long jump and when i landed i buckled my knees and shot my hand out to break my fall and i stepped on my hand with my spikes and pentrated my hand. So which brings up my question has anyone else been in a situation like this?
playing hockey and running into the boards head on and my stick being driven in to my stomach. No padding there, but it didnt penetrate my skin. I felt really sick and it killed:cry:
