In general men and women are better then eachother at different things, there is not an "ultimately better across the board". Note that I also talk in broad strokes since I can find women that ARE better then most men in areas you'd consider male dominated and Vice versa.
At gaming however, I think it is less clear cut. I think men and women due to interrests may perform better in certain roles in games, but since gaming is a mental thing I suspect skill differences lies with skills taught by society to the induvidual and not genetics.
So in gaming Id say that there is no "better" of the sexes.

Not at all. I have no reason to believe that one sex is better at playing video games than the other. And personally, I think that the only things that men are better at doing than women in general are things that require great physical strength. Aside from that, they're pretty much equal, despite some minor biopsychological differences.

in gaming I have to admit, lately I see more girls who are really good in video games. they´re pretty equal to each other I´d say.

Nope, not at all. Sexism held women back and now more more women are going to college than men. This is coming from someone is loathed by all women btw.
I think both have their goods and bads. Girls have the ability to be more sensitive and caring while guys are stronger and more focused in certain areas.
Biologically I say men are better. Men would be superior in every way if it wasn't for our lust for sex. I think sex is our weakness, and will probably be the cause of our demise; if only women realize how much true power they held between their legs.
