if you want to grow taller, you exercise. besides stretching in the morning that is.
i heard my phys. ed teacher say this once: that basketball players are tall not because they simply play basketball. but because they play, and then after resting a bit they eat a lot because they're tired. lol you exercise, then you eat a lot, then you get tall. i think :|

I'm 16 and6 ft, fo'sho. You'll grow until your about 20, not by that much more mind.

You have two methods:
1. H. G. H.
2. Leg lengthening
1.)Exercise
2.)Stretches (yoga is effective)
3.)proper nutrition -- foods with essential vitamins/minerals for bone strength and development.
4.)plenty of sleep.
5.) drink lots of water.
I've also heard of a device called kimi that stimulates the pituitary gland in producing growth hormones. Convenient to use and hassle free.
