Grate cheese on those abs? - have you ever heard that expression

Have you ever heard the expression "you can grate cheese on that guy's abs", which is supposed to mean that the person has good abdominal muscles? I haven't heard that term until about a week or two ago, I was in my room while my mom and my sister were watching their soap opera and the head nurse found out that one of the other nurses might be dating some guy and she said "you can grate cheese on that man's abs" but at first I thought that she said "you can grate cheese on that man's ass" so I was shocked and then I saw the text on the closed caption show up as "you can grate cheese on that man's abs".

Have you ever heard or used that expression?
