i know someone here is good with math.if something is 10 percent of your grade and you got a zero on a assignment in that area how many points could it drop your grade
well unless you're school uses something different than the standard grading scale (90%-a 80%-b and so on) then you're going to automatically get 1 letter grade lower by skipping the exam.
