One of my bad habits is hoarding cups. I bring a cup to a room and pretty soon there are eight cups and mugs, including the one in my hand.
What bad habit do you have?

Sometimes, in winter, when the bathroom floor is freezing cold and I'm desperate to go, I'll take a crap behind the sofa and blame it on the cat.
Smoking. I so want to quit, but I still enjoy it after 30+ years. Especially after sex or a good meal. That's going to be hard to give up.
@mrbojangles25: I have many too. But I didn't want this thread to be a beat yourself up thread. Of course you are welcome to list more of you want. :)
I'm addicted to caffeine., especially energy drinks. I have decided to fast from them, but it's not going so well. They're incredibly addictive to me. I don't like the fact that I'm addicted to caffeine.
I’m addicted to opiates.
I don't know much about opiates. But I've heard it's one of the worst habits to kick.

It took me 2 to 3 weeks without coffee to get over coffee. I drank 6 cups of coffee a day for two years and that is how long it took to get over it. It took that long to not crave it, feel good, and not be tired without it.
I still had a slight craving but I felt pretty good without it. Recently I’m back on with 4 cups a day which is less than it was.
I felt really good after 2 weeks but still a little too tired.
Gaming. I'm almost 99.99% sure I'm addicted to video games. If I gave you guys a list of every single franchise I've played almost in its entirety, it would be too big. My mind is stuffed to the brim with useless knowledge of video game lore.

Well, I'm not like an IV off the street black tar dope fiend or anything.
I'm on Rx opiates for a chronic condition, so luckily I'm not left at want for my supply and do have a legitimate reason for their usage, but I do consider myself addicted to them regardless. I often take more than is prescribed, and go through intermittent withdrawals.
I smoke (weed), procrastinate, bite nails, don't go to bed when I should, among other things probably.

lol. Sounds awesome to me. 🤷♂️
Vaping and energy drinks. Trying to cut back on caffeine to just one coffee a day. Vaping is hell to try and give up though
I have a habit of picking my cuticles whenever I come under intense stress. I've made a lot of progress over the last couple of years to bring that under control. It's still there, but compared to even five years ago, the difference is night and day.
Just one: my natural superiority provokes fear, anger, resentment, and jealousy from others especially inadequate substandard men.
Having sex every single day is one of my bad habits and second is drinking Mountain Dew every day as if I was drinking alcohol which I don't mind you.
Edit: Like @nepu7supastar7 said, I play video games every single day of the week on my PC, its becoming a bad habit, but its not impacting my life nor my career or anything like that. Just one of those things I like playing games and very less being social.
