F***...trying to figure out the name of this old school R&B/Hip Hop song

Actually I'm not sure the exact genre it is but it's sung by a black dude. All I can say to describe it is that guy says something like "you turn up on me" in the chorus.  Also some girl makes some orgasm sounds in the song. I think he's singing while riding in a car. Can you dudes guess the song?  No it's not Joe, Ginuwine, R kelly, etc.  if I remember correctly he was bald or has short hair and looks like Tyrese but it's not Tyrese.  Also it's in the 80s or 90s.  Most likely 90s cause when I was a kid I saw it played mostsly in the 90s
