Free dvd program

Hey guys and girls just wondering if any of you know of a free dvd computer program that ican download that will allow me to burn a dvd and include scene selection and special features.

any help on this would be great thanks.

if your doing it to make pirate movies yes but i'm making a family movie so no lol.

so still anyhelp would be nice :)
