[QUOTE="Lonelynight"]what do you think is the reason for their success?KHAndAnime

Jews were historically often prohibited from taking up many professions, so many became money-lenders and investors.

How do you explain Jewish prevalence in film producing/directing?

Hollywood runs on money, and at its core is a form of investment with expected gains.

The more similarities you have with your employer, the more likely you are to get hired & have a chance to succeed(Networking 101).

That said, Spielberg is pure awesome at his craft.

The Jewish network seems to be a pretty damn strong link of money and talent... I mean, Spielberg, J.J. Abrams, Sam Mendes, Sam Raimi, Oliver Stone, Stanley Kubrick, Mel Brooks, the Coen Brothers, Woody Allan, etc. It's no joke, the jews really do appear to have quite a firm grip on the higher-echelon of America. Yet I don't remember reading through Bruce Campbell's autobiography and Bruce saying "Yea Raimi is jewish so he has a lot of connections in Hollywood, that's how we got started". In fact, the story went anything but like that.
