Personally not digging the super serious vibe of the trailer. Also still disappointed Edgar Wright didn't direct it. But I'll see it for Paul Rudd.

I was laughing my head off from 1:15 onward.
Well, I don't think that any of these Marvel movies have been awful, but this was never one of the ones that I was highly anticipating. And this teaser did absolutely nothing to change that impression.
I realize that this is still sort of an early peak at the movie, and that subsequent trailers will probably be cooler. Still, I thought that this was releasing only a few months after Avengers 2. So it's not THAT far off. The Avengers 2 trailer looked a lot cooler than this. Just as generic, but at least the Avengers 2 trailer had a few cool money shots to get me hyped.

If I remember correctly: no one really cared about Iron Man much. It was predominantly "Spiderman" and" Xmen". They seemed to even put Hulk before him.
Now Iron man appears to be the lead character. I dono: could be wrong.
Trailers can be misleading as ****: I remember the "Judge Dredd" trailer making the movie look awful. It was in-fact: fucking awesome. And done shitty: sadly probably due to the shitty promotion.
I'm not exactly sold, but much like Guardians and the talking raccoon, Marvel has earned my trust at this point with a plethora of entertaining movies. Until they let me down, I have little reason to believe this won't be a similar experience.

Yeah, but if I remember, I didn't care about Iron Man either, yet I still thought to myself, "this trailer looks pretty cool."
Like I said, I'm not gonna bet against Marvel. They have a pretty good track record and I don't think that any of their movies have been awful. Still, judging entirely by how the trailer looks, I'm not really seeing anything here that's getting me excited.
Who the **** is the Ant-Man?
Ant-man is the original creator of Ultron. The arch enemy on the upcoming Avengers movie, he also have super ability to shrink his size or become giant, and he's also a wife beater which makes his story interesting. I known Ant-Man little though so I'm looking forward to this movie.
@SaintLeonidas This Tease Trailer was alright but after looking at it, this movie might deliver. I really do hope Wasp makes an appearance in this Movie.

Really? I thought it was a really goofy trailer. Then again I had never even heard of Ant-Man until they started talking about the movie so maybe the source material is even goofier.
I'll watch it but after not being excited for a Marvel movie in the last 2 or 3 years, I'm not expecting much.
I can see why Wright was booted. This thing looks like a studio made film. Completely devoid of style.

Apparently Edward Norton and Mickey Rourke got screwed over as well. Mickey Rourke developed his character more but Marvel said "no". And wanted a fairly flat 2d character.

I briefly heard about Edgar Wright leaving the director gig for Ant-Man. Kinda sad as, in my opinion, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World is the best comic book movie adaption ever made so far and it would interesting to see Edgar Wright's film and comedy style in a superhero movie. Still planning to watch Ant-Man though.
