First pics of the Dwarves from The Hobbit!

Not sure if this has been posted already, but here they are anyway:

The last two don't look much like Dwarves but I think Oin and Gloin look great.

Thoughts?

PS. Thorin, Dwalin and Balin are yet to be revealed.

Not liking it to much, but, we'll see how they work in the movie.

I am so pumped for these movies.

Those Last two don't really look like dwarves that much. But these are early pics. They could change and improve over time.

They look a little strange but that may just be because of the background. I'm sure they'll look great within the scenes of the movie.

Can't wait for this movie to come out.

Oin and Gloin looks great but the others are okay.

the first 3 look too fake in that picture, the second 2 look like middle earth dwarfs should, and the last 2 are lacking the beards but still look awesome imo.

i do hope when it comes to the movie they all look the part, and more importantly play the part.

I'm less concerned with how they LOOK as I am about how they ACT. Gimli was used as comic relief for all intents and purposes in the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. Very disappointing. Dwarves are in most mythology, Tolkein not being an exception, considered to be extremely badass fighters. Would kind of like to see them portrayed as such and not as bumbling idiots.nocoolnamejim

Furthermore in The Hobbit only a few of the Dwarves in the troop are badass fighters. Fili and Kili for instance are younger and mostly are used for comic relief. Oin and Gloin are supposed to be pretty heavy. Really Thorin Oakenshield is probably the most badass among this group of dwarves, but we will most likely see him have to play that down because he also has to be the leader and thus can't be all gung-ho about everything. He will have to make intelligent decisions for the good of the group. And yes I am a bit of a nerd when it comes to this subject. :P

They are looking great! I am very excited for this movie, I just really hope they dont mess it up

Are these real? When reading the book I imagined them with simple clothing and only their colored hoods and their weapons because who travels across Middle Earth bulky restrictive clothes. And their faces look odd.
