I think fast food burgers taste so much better than a traditional burger. At Carl Jr's or Mcdonalds they make the best burgers I think. White Castle is also good. Do you like fast food burgers better than a traditional burger?

Its just that signature smell, taste, and texture you dont get out of a traditional burger. I avoid non fast food burgers at all costs. Like last night I made sloppy joes while everyone else ate hamburgers.

Hell no. Fast food burgers can be quite good at the right place (In N Out and the like) but nothing beats a traditional burger.

So many fast food burgers can hardly be considered burgers. They just don't taste like ground beef (there's a reason behind that.)

Fast food burgers are fine, but Restaurant burgers are the best, especially if they cook it how you like (raw, med, well done).

I'll admit I did like the burger I had once that was red in the middle. Ever since I started eating rare steaks and raw fish my taste buds have changed. Dont know why it made me love fast food burgers though. They are fully cooked. It doesnt have that dryness a fully cooked traditional burger has.

No tc, traditional burger, preferably on the grill, is the best way to go.

I will say there are some decent places to get a burger though, steak and shake comes to mind.

Home grilled burgers are the best. 5 Guys and Steak 'n' Shake are next, then maybe a sit down restaraunt then fast food.

To each their own. I, personally, couldn't handle all that grease. The bun looks soggy from all the grease.

You know why? At least at McDonalds, half the time the employees don't drain the container that holds the meat all the way after it's empty. It's just sitting there in its own grease for 10-30 minutes.

There is a local place I go to that has around 30 different burgers. I love it because I like beef cooked medium (Hot pink center), and thats always what I get there. Plus, the chilli cheese burger is so good.

Ah well that happens when you accidentally leave them on for a little too long. It's funny, with those 1/10 pound burgers you leave them on the grill 10 seconds too long and they become extremely dry.

Their A-1 Thick and Hearty burger is great. Meat, cheese, A-1 steak sauce and grilled onions. I think bacon comes on it too... but I don't like bacon on hamburgers for some reason.

well, i'll definitely eat a fast food burger (except maybe wendy's), but i prefer a place where i can get it cooked medium rare. i guess i don't really compare the 2 though. i think of fast food burgers more as lunch meat.

I wouldn't say that fast food burgers are categorically better than traditional/homemade burgers, but it's not a lopsided debate like most people pretend. To be honest, homemade and restaurant prepared burgers are over-rated. The vast majority of burgers I've had outside of fast food resturaunts have been worse or on par with fast food burgers. I even work at a resturaunt and get my lunches their often, and the burgers are not prepared in any way that is superiour to a fast food burger other than using ground beef rather than frozen patties (and honestly, does anyone actually notice the difference?). I'm sure someone will say "well, that's just because you haven't eaten at the right place or had a good cook". Sure, that's a possibility, but I have lived 22 years and eaten at 100's of restaurants and only a few places have had burgers that were noticably better than fast food burgers (but cost 3 times as much). People just like to bash fast food restuarants because it's the "cool" thing to do, but most likely they all still grab a big mac every now and again.

No way, The home cooked burger's on the grill are just amazing compared to what any fastfood place offers. I used to really like getting Mcdouble's but after awhile I got sick of them and I never really ate anything else because i'm allergic to sesame seed buns.

Most cheap fast food hamburgers are probably not even real hamburger. I got a big mac the other day and their burger looks more like what they used to serve as hamburger at school. You usually get what you pay for so if you get the $1 hamburgers, they will be pretty much cheap and terrible.

I dont know man. Nothing in the world smells or tastes better than a char broiled burger from Carls Jr. Hard to make a convincing arguement against that.
