What do you think? this is weird news I have a soft spot for the 1997 movie it's so over the top I can't imagine the sequel being any good but that doesn't mean I wouldn't watch it lol.

Unnecessary sequel nobody asked for #5784. Ooh, maybe it can share a bunk with Independence Day: Resurgence.

Boy, you said it.

I love Face/Off but it has not aged well and I sort of like not seeing John Travolta any more, and Nic Cage has found a nice home on the independent and "cult classic" type movies. Mandy was probably one of the weirdest movies I've ever seen, and one of the better movies of 2020 (or 2019?).

Still need to see The Color from Space or whatever it is called.

I'm glad they are making a sequel instead of a reboot, but I probably still won't be seeing this.

Me looking at the studio exec who thought this was a good idea:

Plus Adam Wingard to co-write and direct? The only thing the original had going for it was that it was John Woo over the top cheese dialed up to 11.

So is Hollywood really running out of ideas?

Lets hope so lol and bringing back Cage is a must if they can't there's no reason for me to even give the movie a chance.

This movie was cheesy but I didn’t mind it, def don’t think it deserves a sequel decades later.

Who is directing it?

Edit: derp, it's in the URL, Adam Winhard did You're Next so we know he likes violence which is a positive to me, we'll see how Godzilla vs King Kong plays out it might have me excited
