Kind of. When I was in Brazil this summer I saw a police officer shooting at some people in a Favela. They shot back. We got out of their fast as hell but it was scary.
Nah. Worst I ever witnessed was two dudes chasing each other downtown, screaming and swearing and punching and pulling shirts, and then one guy pulled a knife and poked the other one. I'm not sure what happened after that - the guy who got stabbed kind of wandered off and the one who stabbed him took off in the other direction running like crazy. I'd guess the cops caught him him within a few blocks.

When I lived in Brazil there was crossfires every week. I miss the old days. =(

When I lived in Brazil there was crossfires every week. I miss the old days. =( Luckily I wasn't in the crossfire but I could hear bullets whizzing by. That's what I get for wondering too far from the tourist area.
I've heard gun shots but never actually witnessed what was going on. I usually don't stick around long enough to find out what's going on. We have a rather large number of shooting incidents considering the size of our town barely breaks 30k.
When I lived in a crapa** ghetto my neighbors place got shot up. That's to the left not across the street. It was LOUD and I thought they were shooting at my place. Terrifying and exhilerating all at once.
I work where I hear gunshots every day though: the county clink.
well i live in New Zealand so no real ones. but once at big boy's toys (this mens expo thingy) the army did a mock battle with blanks and stuff. that was cool :D
Nope but the UK doesnt have many people with guns so unless i go to a country with alot of guns i proberly wont see a gun fight. (well at least fingers crossed)
