Different drinks can come in different kinds of containers. But more often than not:

Milk comes in cartons

Soda comes in cans

Juice comes in clear plastic bottles

Beer comes in glass bottles

How come I never see milk in cans, soda in cartons, or beer in clear plastic bottles? Juice seems to be the most interchangeable of the four I mentioned.

Some of it comes down to price, and some of it is related to spoilage/product freshness.

Remember when milk came in glass bottles? It tasted better.

Pepperidge Farms remembers.
