I'm looking for some Doom Metal at the moment because I heard that it is heavily influenced by Black Sabbath. So I'm after some Doom Metal bands with (preferably) clean vocals.

I got you covered
Thorrs Hammer
Burning Witch
Graves at Sea
Candlemass
Grief
EyeHateGod(More sludge, but still very doomy)
Goatsblood
Today is the Day- Sadness Will Prevail(Today is the Day are non traditional, but this album is a masterpiece of Doom/Sludge)
Goatsnake
Draconian and early Lacrimas Profundere (everything from the Burning: a wish album and backwards, they're not Doom or even really good after that point) are the only ones I know, they both have growling, but they're really good.
What is the difference between Doom/Death/Heavy metal? I'm curious is all.
Atmanix
Doom Metal is very slow, often simplistic, and extremely distorted. Its not always simplistic(Candlemass, for example), but it generally is an easier to play form of music.
Death Metal is characterized by blast beats, death growls, and driving guitars.
Heavy Metal is a blanket term.

Gotcha. What would Sons of Posiedon (sp) or Soulfly be considered? I heard them both live once before a Crystal Method show.

I am not familiar with Sons of Posiedon, but Soulfly is Nu-Metal with a little thrash left over from Max's Sepultura days.
