Well, does it?

I've recently started eating apples (and fruit in general) more often. Before i just used to have fruit juices (apple, orange..)

Now i eat the real thing and its delicious. I routinely eat apples, very good and sweet.

Well not permanently ;) but yeah eating fruits and veggies regularly is good for you body.
