A Sam Adams right before I went to college. It was pretty good, but since Sam Adams has gone mainstream each type tastes the same.
No, I haven't been 12 for a long time.MrPralineDo you remember having it when your mom was pregnant with u?
Their seasonal beers are pretty good. I really liked one of those IPAs that they released recently.A Sam Adams right before I went to college. It was pretty good, but since Sam Adams has gone mainstream each type tastes the same.

They aren't bad in any way, but I'm spoiled by good local beer in Wisconsin.
My first beer was a Coors Lite and it was so disgusting I didn't drink beer again for several years.
Then, I discovered Yuengling and it was like I was reborn or something.
I can't stand Bud/Coors etc...
I need the thick, smooth stuff like Yuengling or Sam Adams. Big, heavy Lagers.
Yuengling is good as far as the major breweries go. There's a whole world of beer out there. You're missing out if you're limiting yourself to what they sell at Wal-Mart.My first beer was a Coors Lite and it was so disgusting I didn't drink beer again for several years.

Yes. I was like 8, and it was disgusting, but i kept drinking it because I didn't want my older brothers and uncles and stuff to make fun of me.
One night I am going to climb through your window and drip some up your nose.I'm 21 and never had a sip. So, boo ya.:P

It's my favorite "Affordable" beer.
;)
Yuengling Black & Tan is my favorite beer.
But, I have had Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier and let me tell you... if you can find it, get it!
Yuengling is starting to spread up and down the east coast of the US, but there is nothing spectacular about their beer. The lager is drinkable and the porter is decent. Leinenkugels is a very similar kind of brewery, though they were purchased by Miller.
Find any good beer distributor (in PA) and liquor store (elsewhere) and you will find hundreds of beers that are better than the major labels. Lagunitas, Rogue, Anchor, Sierra Nevada are popular breweries that have good beers.
Living in Wisconsin I focus on New Glarus, Lakefront and O'so.

It's only brewed in Pottsville, PA and Tampa, FLA.
It's popular on the East Coast - I guess the further west you go, the more scarce it is.
Had one of those regular kinds a few months ago and didn't like it at all, thought I would have, looked good and smelled good, hope someone got fired for that one.KiIIyou
Lolwut?
I'm not a beer afficionado by any means but clarification would help.
Most big lagers taste like wee though.

Hell. Yes. They were giving out samples of it at Whole Foods a few weeks ago. Picked up a six pack on the spot. Up until that point, all of the wheat beers I've had were sour or skunky.I think my dad let me try a Budweiser when I was really young, can't remember anymore. The first beer I bought legally though I took on the train with me to New York and some cops got offended by a friend of mine who started on his early and made us pour them out, because a kid with his mom was sitting near us.
