I love sleep, I've slept for 12 or 13 hours a day when I'm on vacation Lately I've been missing my sleep A LOT with only 3 or 4 hours a day I look like a fvcking racoon in the morning
Sometimes I can function for 30+hours without sleep, but obviously that isn't healthy. I find the minium amount of time I need is about 6 hours, but 8 is perfect.
The amount of time I spend trying to sleep is an entirely different matter; often I spend 9-11 hours in bed, staring at the celing for at least 2 hours.
