Nope. I'm very bad at that. I just forced myself to sit down and clean my hotmail out, which I had around 7000, and am going through my work email now, which was around 1800.

I have several email accounts, most of them to funnel in junk mail. My real email from real-world friends come in via Facebook. That's all I use Facebook for. It's just a glorified email client.
I do a bulk delete of my junk mail a few times a year.
Yes i clean it out every few days.
I have a friend that has 48,000 old emails in their box and it blows my mind.
Yeah I check my email at least once a day and I always clean it out by either deleting them or moving them to other designated folders. I always promptly clean out my trash and junk folders right after as well.
I have a main email account and a junk mail along with another one that's for super junk as I don't even log into that account. My main account only receives a few emails per week so it's easy to keep clean. My other junk account I only log in if I need to receive a code, verification or something like that.

Wow, that is impressive!
Not as much as I should be. I check Yahoo E-Mail like only 3 days, it's my primarly E-mail for just stuff like basic business and registering online, account online like Gaming sites and that's about it.
Hotmail it's just use for family's and friends and I check it like every 6 hours.
Yahoo I clean it out if it reaches 500 and Hotmail it's 100.
I clean my junk mail maybe once per one or two months. I use it for logging into my pc (windows 10), xbox live and various sites that i registered for like gamespot for example. That email account has zero personal info of me. I usually just delete all the emails without opening them.
I keep my regular account very clean. I have designated folders for pretty much everything I use it for.
