Do you buy stuff off ebay?

I want to buy a gamecard off ebay, but I'm kind of afraid I'll get screwed over if I do. What do you guys buy off ebay, and how often do you get exactly what you thought you were getting?

I only purchase from retailers.

I do. It's a great way to get some things for a good deal (I used it mostly to buy CDs). Out of the 18 purchases I've made, all of them were what I was expecting, in the conditions listed. That said, all of the sellers I've purchased from had 400+ positive seller ratings. Just make sure that they have a good reputation and you should be fine.

Edit: It's also a good idea to use Paypal for payment.

Ebay is good but you could read the feedbacks from other buyers there and then if the score is good, go for it

I bought a Capcom sticker off Ebay.

I wish I shopped online more, there's so many good deals I've passed up.

amazon only accepts credit card and i think you can also use your bank account (savings or checking).

ebay - before i buy something there, i always check their feedback if it is 100% or if they're a power seller. read the seller's feedback first. make sure they have 100% positive feedback. i usually buy ps2 games over there. so far no problem. thank God. also it helps if the item they're selling has pics.

I used to buy random stuff all the time off ebay. Then I lost my phone so thought 'hey, I'll get one off ebay'. It never showed up :x I dont purchase anything expensive from it anymore.

Except, the one time, my mom bought a scarf online, but it was fake (Not made by the brand it stated). She got the scarf ($40), then eBay contacted her saying it was fake. They let her keep the scarf and they gave back the $40.

Sounds like a pretty good deal to me.

I mostly sell, I buy most things from Amazon or Play.

I have in the past without any problems....but there is always a chance. I usually use Amazon.com though...

I buy items off of ebay all the time. Only problem is that you have to wait to get it.

Of course, bought many things off Ebay, I buy my bikes off there too, the deals I've got are amazing and I've had no problems.
