Do alcoholic drinks come in plastic bottles?

Water and some soft drinks can be in a plastic bottle, yet most alcohol substances are always in those glass bottles, cans, etc.

Often at sporting events. Also some cheaper whiskys, scotches, bourbons etc. come in plastic.

sometimes. sometimes when you buy them at events, or bars, they just give you a plastic cup. and if you buy cheap hard alcohol, it might.

Anything that might pose a threat with drunk belligerent people hurling glass bottles will offer plastic bottles or cups instead.

Yes, they can...But the flavor is seriously degraded. There's a reason they use glass.

I wonder if alcohol leaches more of the bad stuff from the plastics out compared to softdrinks.

A handle of cheap vodka usually comes in plastic. Miller lite had wide mouth plastic bottles, but not sure if they still make them.

That is why I love Coors Light. They have: -wide mouth -the vent to help with 'flow' -cold activated bottle/can Their mission statement is "how can we get people drunk the fastest :lol:

English ciders and scrumpies come in plastic bottles, probably to prevent pissed-up chavs from doing any serious damage.
