Disgusting, nasty foods that people can't seem to stand but "you" however don't care, you love it and it feels your belly just the way you like it but others will hate you. For me, I like:

  • Century Egg
  • Chicken Livers
  • Lamb Livers

People would probably disagree but I think KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) is disgusting. But I can't help it but I love there chicken. I don’t eat century egg as much now after I found out they were involved in another food scandal in China.

I like liverwurst and similar spread meats. I enjoy spinach. It’s popular (because it sells like crazy) but receives a lot of hate - North American pale lager beer. The lighter the better. My present favourite is Michelob Ultra.

Balut (fertilized duck boiled egg), I loved it the moment I tasted its juice when I visited Philippines last year. Adding salt to it will make it tastier.

Same boat. Use to hate it, but that was mostly due to cheapo frozen pizzas.

On a proper made pizza, pretty dope.

Does the pineapple really add anything? I never tried but i would think that the tomato sauce will just overpower the pineapple.

@PSP107: Guess it also depends on the type of pizza made. But, def taste the pineapple as well as the wet texture. Pineapple super moist.

The frozen supermarket ones tend to turn to watery mess even when properly cooked.

LFTB (lean finely textured beef) or 'Pink Slime'. I'm British and we've never had such processed 'beef' here, McDonald's in the UK has never used it and they've been in the UK since around 1976. It was only discontinued in the U.S about eight years ago.

Honestly, how long were people in the U.S eating this crap?

I didn't think of much about it until I try it out for myself and not bad but not my go to Pizza unless someone's offering it.

Cow tongue (lengua).

Don’t find it at all disgusting but many do. I can understand why, it’s not the most appealing looking thing and the mental imagery does it no favors, but it’s by FAR my favorite part of the cow. It’s incredibly fattening and is meat that you can slice through easily with a fork. It’s nearly like butter when boiled just right.

If I weren’t raised on it I’d probably not have tried it, so I’m glad I was. Unfortunately many markets don’t carry it and you often have to go to specialty markets or directly to the abattoir, but it’s worth it. Slices with mashed potatoes and A1. 🤪👌👍🏼

Surprised some consider Black Licorice disgusting.

Fairly popular in the UK as a sweet.

@davillain: But have you tried century quail eggs?

How do you eat century eggs? My father likes it in congee, my wife likes it in some sort of Szechuan spicy sauce. I am indifferent, I eat it once a blue moon.

Ice cream is the most disgusting food, it contains castoreum, which is made from the glands found inside a beaver’s anus.

Sorry for the late replay. No, I never try quail egg. in fact, I didn't know about quail eggs are edible. I need to try it.

I try century egg at a Chinese restaurant. It was served in small pieces with a bit of soy sauce, as a little side dish. I thought it was a bit weird at first but surprisingly edible, somewhat enjoyable and I been going to the same restaurant but stop eating it all because of the food scandal.

Blue Cheese.

I love Blue cheese, which essentially mold growing on cheese. But the live cultures are not detrimental to the body. Totally normal here because it's a delicacy. But offer it to an East Asian and they'd find it so disgusting. As much as we find their Century egg (rotten egg) delicacy disgusting.
