It came out like a month ago and no one seems to talk about it. Even when it was brand new. I've listend to a few songs from it and it doesn't really impress me that much. And Red Hot Chili Peppers is one of my favorite bands too. It lacks a that flavor and fun feel that they've had before with me anyways. Anybody feel the same?

The Red Hot Chili Peppers without John Frusciante is like David Spaid without Chris Farley

It came out 2 Tuesdays ago and was 2nd on the Billboard charts. 'The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie' seems to be the only song I like at this point. Personally their best CD IMO was By The Way, but I know most people don't like that one.

It's average. I'm fine with the sound of the album. Just doesn't have any classic cuts. Favorites are Did I Let You Know and Police Station (this one sounds like something from By The Way). Only track I skip religiously is Raindance Maggie. I was afraid when that was the lead single.

I think it's their last high quality album. Closing with Venice Queen is perhaps their best send off for any album they put out.

That is absurd.. Califonication, By The Way, and Stadium Arcadium are all incredible albums.

As a big fan of RHCP it's only "okay". I keep trying to like it but I don't even know the name of most of the songs yet :\

I didn't make that image... But incredible? I think that's an overstatement at the very least. They aren't bad albums (save for Stadium), just... standard chili peppers. If that's what you like, enjoy it.

It's okay, but not my favorite. Most of the songs feel like they should be on my local soft rock station alongside Rob Thomas, as opposed to their older, alternative feel.

I listened through it once. Probably won't again until a long road trip or something haha. They have enough classics that I don't really need to like their new music though.

When I think RHCP made that, I'm disgusted by the album. But when i think of modern music and that the last RHCP album was Stadium Arcadium, I think it's decent, if i would've expected something like Californication, I would've just lost all my faith in music.

I think it's by far the worst RHCP album.

BTW i bought it on day one and listened to it a lot the first week and I was already getting tired of it by the end of that week.

It's just really bland and unimpressive. Seemed like they would be some songs they decided to throw out on other albums.

It's not bad music at all, it's just boring.
