We are presented with many desserts in this fine world, but to me, the one that stands out is cheesecake. I am sure most of you consider it the cream of the delicacies do you not?

My personal favorite is classic with blueberries in blueberry glaze. However, I do like to eat the baked cheesecake with chocolate.

MADNESS? THIS IS CHEESECAKE!

But seriously, cheesecake is probably one of the best deserts I've had. There's a restaurant in Denver called The Cheesecake Factory that believe it or not, specializes in cheesecake. They have like 50 different flavors and they are all spectacular. The only thing a cheesecake should not be is non-fat. That's like swimming in a pool of creamed corn. Absolutely disgusting.

When I was a kid my parents told me we were going to the cheesecake factory in Kansas City, and then I was highly dissapointed when I found out it was a resturant, not a factory.

I love cheesecake, but only ones that have flavor in them as opposed to on them. If it's plain cheesecake with drizzle, that isn't good enough.

Grocery stores have them, but they usually aren't very good. It's always best to make your own, or eat one at a nice restaurant. I would highly recommend not getting one from a store, as they are often hard and not soft and gooey as homemade cheesecakes are.
