Chavs are the people who tend to drop out of school from an early age, they take alot of drugs, they steal to get drug money & just plain horrible to look at. Oh, & their dress sense is terrible. They tend to wear the same brands of clothing. (Nike tracksuits & adidas trainers) They're the lowest of the low.
Your typical Chavs thinking it's cool to drink white lightning:
the word chav came from newcastle, (pronounced charv). it is used to describe a person who normally wears alot of chequered clothes generally a degenerate.
