One, loved the episode.  Two, I'd be honored to have Family Guy make fun of me, and finally, three, she should let it go.

If I remember correctly from copyright class, things done in humor (such as SNL, Mad TV, Family Guy, etc) do not need permission to be used. She ain't gonna win.
