So what did you guys think of the new show Bob's Burgers?

I feel the same way. Either they picked the worst clips to advertise the show or, more likely, the show is garbage.No. The previews told me all I needed to know: "Stay as far away from this as possible!"

I'm usually not the person who gripes at the animation drawing quality, but this....this.....just....no....No...NO...NOOOOOOpowerman89Is it eye rapingly-bad? I take it from your nos that your eye sockets were penetrated by the fail.

Animation does not play into it. Home Movies has likely the worst animation ever for a major cartoon, yet is still GOAT.
What's bad is the writing, vocal work, characters, and comedic style.
Is this that commercial with the really weird looking people in it? I'm trying to remember... It said something about "That's not something you ever talk to your father about" or something.
I had no interest in it. I thought they all looked creepy.
Yeah I've watched a couple episodes of Bobs Burgers. I think it is the funniest show that's on during that entire multi hour cartoon block of shows. (sad to say it, but I watched the Simpsons last night, and it just wasn't funny at all. Never liked the Cleveland Show, or American Dad, and Family Guy has such drastic polar shifts between funny as heck and total garbage). I will admit, the show seems more in the vein of "Adult Swim" to me
I think a better question is.. Who saw the first episode of Sparatcus Gods of the Arena.sSubZerOo
YES! looking forward to more of that insanely awsome goodness (loved the first season). Gannicus is the man.
I've watched it, and it's alright. The animation and humour start to grow on you a bit if you give it a chance.
r So, it would be funnier if it were funnier? I think you're onto something here...>_>I thought it was pretty bad. Took it off the dvr schedule immediately after watching the pilot. I don't think it would have been as bad if A. the characters were funnier, 2. they didn't have men doing two of the female voices, and C. if it was funnier.

I'm sure the characters would have a little more appeal if the females were actually voiced by females. I don't understand the reason behind a man, not only doing a woman's voice, but a younger girl's voice too. It's so awkward.Watched it last night. It's a pretty weak show, none of the characters are likable except for maybe the youngest daughter, and some of them are just plain suck (the wife). To its credit, last night's episode was kind of funny.

i watched it on hulu. pretty funny. it's more like a sitcom than your average cartoon. more like king of the hill type than something like simpsons or family guy.OntainYeah, it's a shame King of the Hill got shafted because it stayed true to itself instead on conforming to the style of comedy that's playing on Fox nowadays.

Yeah, I'm wondering why they opted to have two male voice actors do female characters, and not very well I might add. The only two characters I like are the youngest son and daughter.

I think having them voiced by males makes them more hilarious. Please Log In to post.
