Okay kids, lets learn something about the extinct big cat known as the American Lion:

The American Lion is an extinct animal which originated in North America and went on to colonize part of South America as part of the Great American Interchange. The body length of the American Lion is estimated to have been 1.6-2.5 m (5.25-8.20 feet). In some areas of its range, the American Lion lived under cold climatic conditions. They probably used caves or fissures for shelter from the cold weather. Their extinction may have been related to the Holocene Extinction Event, which wiped out most of the prey of megafauna. Their bones have been found among the refuse of Paleolithic Native Americans, so hunting by humans may have contributed to their demise as well.

StrawberryHill

You left out the part about how they often teleported from America to China in order to mate with Panda Bears...

through will alone.

Lies! The american lion is but a relative of the Lion. It only differs in its diet (will only eat blue glowing moss found in caves across Cyrodiil) and that its mane isn't able to absorb as much radiation, due to its hair being shorter. Also, like the Jaguar, it possesses a pair of small round ears, that allows it to listen.

So if tigers reproduce by binary fission how do you explain baby tigers.

Tigers and snow leopards are beautiful creatures, along with lions. >__> I'm dissecting cats in anatomy, btw. I named mine Bobby Corwen (anyone know the reference?)

artichoke
Baby "tigers", as they are erroneously called, are nothing but parasitic worms that after months of living inside the Tiger, acquire some of their characteristics and behaviour. Notice how they will try to return to the Tiger's intestines by forcing their way through the Tiger's belly. Sometimes, when rejected by the Tiger, the worms will try their luck with other animals:

Don't be silly, you can't buy a big cat. No one can. They are not for sale, and even if they were, there wouldn't be enough money in the whole world to buy one. Big cats answer to no one.

Those are in fact people in big cat suits. You really think a big cat would willingly be a piece of display for us little humans?

Also,

This is what I meant when I spoke about big cat worshippers receiving the gift from their masters. Those are suffering the transition to domestic cat form. The one with the dark red fur is in a more advanced stage of the transformation than the others.

. Sabertooth tigers are actually Tigers that lost themselves in the ways of vampirism and bloodsucking. They are looked down upon by other Tigers.

How do you know that?

Those foul, wretched creatures are not big cats. This thread is about big cats.

How are those not big cats? They're huge! Anyhow, very nice thread. I love Snow Leopards and Tigers :)

I do not believe so. That fictional robot is composed of 5 smaller robots that somehow resemble big cats. We do know, however, that there are only 4 different big cats, not 5.

thats where you are wrong. TC forgot to mention the panther (the black panther is in the middle of the voltron picture.

They didn't. The photographers were killed, but the big cats left the camera behind, and some other people walked by the area where the camera was, and at that time the big cats left the area. So these random strangers brought to us the attention of the big cats.

Don't they teach this stuff at school? :?
