I'm going with Amazing Spider-Man since it doesn't butcher the original comics.
Damn it, Mary Jane was not Peter's first love.:x

For me it was Amazing Spider-Man. I never really liked the Rami trilogy. I just don't think he's a good director. I don't feel like he really captured the essence of Spider-Man from the comics. I really like how Amazing emphasized just how smart Peter is, the fact that he built the web shooters, and I like the fight scenes better. I liked how he was making jokes during fights and how he used his webbing more whereas Rammi's Spider-Man was more of a brawler. The acting was also a lot better in my opinion. Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy was great. I'm also very happy they showed that she was intelligent and wasn't just around to be rescued by Spider-Man like MJ was in the Rami trilogy.
I surprised OT has been saying Spider-man 2 is the best, and I have to agree with them. Amazing Spider-man comes in second.
Spiderman 2 was ok. Amazing was decent... But really, I don't like Spiderman that much as the main protagonist.
Spider-Man 3
No answer other than The Amazing Spider-Man seems logical.
ZevianderYou're an idiot.
2 > 1 > 3 > Amazing
3 is at least entertaining.

This.
Amazing Spiderman was woeful. Even as simple popcorn entertainment it failed. Far as I'm concerned it did not work on any level.
Amazing Spiderman was really disappointing to me. I saw that ad where he makes the joke with the robber and thought there would be lots of moments like that but it was really the only time they did a cheesy thing in the entire movie.I surprised OT has been saying Spider-man 2 is the best, and I have to agree with them. for me definitely the last one, the first trilogy i didn't like the actors, i didn't feel they belonged to that movie
I don't know, I personally liked the first one in all it's (at times) cheesy glory but I haven't seen the second one in a while but my memory does still linger on many amazing scenes from the movie. I also rather enjoyed the third one, tbh, it was fine. Then again I'm not really a Spider-Man fan nor did I care much for Venom. I always found the true struggle in Spider-Man 3 to be Peter fighting against his darker self (no matter how lame it got at times it was still pretty tense).
