Best special operations unit?

what do you guys think? sas, navy seals, green berets ect...

i personally think now that DELTA FORCE is the best, i beleive this because they take the best of the best of green berets, army rangers, navy seals ect.

I read a book on the Navy SEALs and I don't imagine anything being more difficult. Run six miles or you don't get breakfast? That's setting the tone for the day.

Though the above mentioned Delta Squad is quite amazing as well.

In all seriousness, I don't know what the best special operations unit is. The only way to compare them is through their histories and mission successes.
