Poll Best animated superhero film from Disney (from the 2010's): Big Hero 6 or Incredibles 2? (12 votes)

Big Hero 6 67%
Incredibles 2 33%

So, OT, I watched Incredibles 2 recently, and I thought to ask, which of these animated superhero movies from Disney is better?

Big Hero 6 - Based on a Marvel comic, but is not part of the MCU.

Incredibles 2 - Created by Pixar

If you can discuss why?

Incredibles 2 is good but Big Hero 6 is just that tad better, mainly because of the story.

Such a shame there isn't a sequel to Big Hero.

Big Hero 6, simply because it was more memorable for me.

I'm going to go with Big Hero 6 simply because while Incredibles 2 was a solid sequel, the world has agreed it didn't quite raise the bar over the original.

In actuality, however, the best animated superhero film of the 2010's is Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.

Big Hero Six was a 6/10 throwaway movie that I'd never watch again. Haven't seen Incredibles 2.

Disappointed with The Incredibles 2. Big Hero 6 was the better movie.

Big Hero 6, definitely. Although I see it as more of a mecha movie, rather than a superhero movie. It was Disney/Marvel's homage to mecha anime/manga, e.g. Gurren Lagann, Gundam, Astro Boy, Eureka Seven, etc. Big Hero 6 is the best mecha movie I've seen from Hollywood (certainly better than Transformers).
