I never really felt much for art but I discovered photoshop (really, i made this) and I know how artists take losts of bull...blame it one the emos....they bring down my day.....
Relatively cool. I think there are several things you can do to improve on it though. Im not sure what the background image is, however, it would looks much better if the background image was clearer. Also instead of the beveling on the ww1 soldier itself, you could dabble in the layer blending features. (located in the menu in the layer pallete.) Although this is all my opinion. Looks relatively good.
