Australians:If we hav a double dissolution now can we get rid of Stephen Conroy?

If the Government stick with their Emissions Trading Scheme and the Opposition majority Senate keep blocking it we'll have a double dissolution, where both the House of Reps and the Senate are completely dissolved and we have to elect everyone in an early election.
