Are You Religious or Non-religious? Poll

Are you religious: christian, muslim, hindu, etc?

Or are you non-religious: atheist, non-theist, etc?

I kind of want to believe in something...but I find it too unfeasible to think that there is a God and everything.

But if you want to be religious that then thats fine, but I think it's completely ridiculous when wars are started over this kind of thing, does it really matter? As long as you have faith and are happy with it then honestly who cares what anyone else believes in!

True, but I'm pretty sure that by 'religious', TC basically meant 'theist'.

I believe in god, but religion just holds us back.

Yah, I believe in the ethical principles (I highly stress the word ethical) of most religions, and I think there is probably some kind of God out there, but to say I'm definitely not a religious person, even though I was raised in a Catholic household. One thing that always really irks me though is that our Priest would condemn those who doubted the principles of Christianity. I'm all for teaching love and compassion, but whats so wrong about wondering if their is another answer?

I suspect that a lot of people are put off religion by the people who tell you they're religious - if that follows.

I lived 11 years as a muslim...

now that I am starting to form my own decisions and viewpoints, I am having doubts, but even as a muslim, I was not too religious.
