Are you excited for 3D TV's?

3D tv's haven't been on the market for that long. Right now they're still expensive as hell. But it seems like they may be the next big thing in television. Some analysts are predicting that they could be mainstream in just a few short years. Aside from being FREAKING 3D, they're also offering a huge jump in resolution. About four times as many pixels (4000x2000) as the current highest resolution HDTV's.

When they become affordable, will you jump on the bandwagon?

PS, there's also some buzz about 3D laptops and media devices.

I'm Okay for right now. I first heard of them back in 2004. I wouldn't mind seeing the screen in person. I think we all need to wait a year to see if its going to be a good product to invest in.

Its coming back. it was popular in the 80s because of the technology back then. And its came back because of the new technology this time around.

Personally, I cannot say for sure. I have not seen them in action. I just hope they are helluva lot better than kind of gimmick 3D BS I was seeing in theaters only a few years ago.

Otherwise, when HD has not even trumped its predecessor, I rather not be talking about its successor. At least, not seriously.

I hate this 3D craze so more then likely once I get a HD tv I'll just settle with it for a good while.

Seems interesting, iv seen a few vids on youtube, I hope over time there price will be extremely lowered, like ths plasma flatscreens.

i think everyone would of a bought a ps3 if celll came with it for eveyone wants a bio-engineered killing machine

and it'd be pretty epic to see 30 million cell's fighting eachother

I can't even imagine how amazing 4000x2000 will look...I can only imagine the contrast ratio. Are you talking about LED TVs?
